Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom, made-to-order, or oversized items may require additional production time. Estimated timelines will be mentioned on the product page.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Shipping Within UAE

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days

  • Free shipping on orders above AED 200 (if applicable)

  • Orders below the free shipping threshold may incur a calculated shipping fee at checkout.

International Shipping

Currently, international shipping availability and rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and product size.
